Hello! I am planning for two first time wdw adults (myself and my spouse) for my 30th birthday this September. I am stuck on ADRs for MK. The problem is... this is our "once in a lifetime" trip... and I think I want to do too much dining. I am planning sit down for 3 meals and I think maybe it's too much but I can't get past this one day. Of note, we are going to MNSSHP on a separate night after spending the day in Universal in addition to our full MK day and have no reservations for the party day.

Breakfast: Crystal Palace
Lunch: Be Our Guest
Dinner: Cinderella's Royal Table

Are any of these experiences especially loud or cheesy even for a very kid at heart couple? Is it too much food? Thank you!

Personally, I think this is way too much. Given wait times to be seated, length of wait for characters to come around, etc, you could potentially be looking at 5 hours of dining! I stick to one table service meal a day, usually lunch to give us a break from the heat.

Such a hard choice. All three restaurants are awesome.

For a once in a life time trip (with only one full MK day) I’d be tempted to skip CP but keep BOG and CRT. Free up your morning for rope drop and lots of fun! Do BOG, and be sure pre order there, then enjoy CRT :)

I’d add most of the breakfast buffets are similar so if you have another day to do chef Mickeys or something I’d plan for that :)

I think this is way too much on any one day. I like three meals, however your choices take a lot of time. CP is at least an hour, and you need to get there a bit early and hope for a minimal wait to be seated. BOG can take time getting in, but generally runs on time. CRT is time consuming as well. Give that oen at least 90 minutes. BEtween wait times and dining times you are lookign at over 4 to 5 hours dedicated to meals.

If you want to get them all in, I would book CP as early as possible, plan a light meal at BOG, and then book CRT for around 8PM. I think that unless the fireworks are at 9 that night you should have time to dine and be outside for the show.

Agreed with others- this is a lot of time dining and a lot of food.

If it were me I would do one of the following:
Keep BOG (it’s QS for lunch so you can easily order as much or as little as you would at any other QS for lunch, and you can pre-order to save time) and then keep CRT. If you really want a character breakfast, plan it for another day (Garden Grill, Ohana, and Cape May are my favorites, Chef Mickey is classic).

Or, if CP has the characters you want to see, keep that and keep BOG and then skip CRT. You can book a princess dinner at Akershus.

Or Akershus for breakfast. It is my favorite princess meal. I like it better than dinner in the Castle, although it is easy for me to say becuase I have dined there several times. The bloom is definately off that rose! LOL!

Thanks everyone for your suggestions! I have alot of thinking to do!

I really want to meet Eeyore and eat at CP at 8am.

But one of the "must dos" for my wife is eating at BOG, I was hoping if we ordered lunch ahead of time, it would be a quick break from the heat for lunch.

Then we decided we wanted to eat in the castle because... well... it's the castle! And maybe we can eat when it's still hot like 5pm?

Now I wonder if I can't narrow it down, use one of the suggested iteneraries from you folks and move the missing reservation for the MNSSHP right when we are allowed in at 4ish?

Thanks again! I have alot to consider
