Today is the birthday of the girl who sits behind me. Now, I like those musical cards just as much as anyone, but there should be a rule that it can be opened once, maybe twice, and that's it. If I have to listen to "Who Let the Dogs Out (woof, woof, woof woof)" every 2 seconds, someone is going to be hurting.

I took a personal day today. I went to the doctor AND the dentist this morning. Talk about a fun time. Now, I am going to go drive around the great city of Cincinnati and see as many Montessori schools as is humanly possible so I can pick the one I might like to intern at next semester.

4:30am? That's the middle of the night! How do you do it???

I really am pretty exhausted every day, but I really have no choice. My husband tells me to let the kids get up on their own and that I should stay in bed. I can't do that. They are teens, they will just stay in bed till the last minute and leave without eating breakfast. That would cause me pain! My daughter travels to school by train and she must be on time. being that the trains are unpredictable, she leaves by 5:50. My son leaves at 7:05, so he has a bit more time. Especially since he goes to school locally. I am waiting for the day when they are both out of school and have jobs to go to. Then, I will let them wake up on their own, and maybe even serve me some time!
