So Fenton hasn't charged me for my lamp yet. I ordered it about a month ago. Got the order confirmation, but never received a shipping notice or a tracking number. I kept looking online, but no tracking number there either. About 2 weeks after I ordered it, there was a notice on the first page of the Fenton website that they were experiencing a high volume of online orders and shutting down online ordering, so they could expedite existing orders. Just out of curiosity, I went through the pages of lamps and saw that the one I'd ordered was now "out of stock." Okay, so I figured I wasn't going to get it, no big deal. A day or two later, guess what showed up on my doorstep? Yep, my lamp. I was thrilled. Next day I checked my credit card balance...huh, no charge there from Fenton. Well, they'll catch up eventually.
Last week, I got an email from a Fenton rep wanting to know if I'd received my lamp and if not, they'd upgrade shipping and send it immediately. As much as I love it, I don't want a second one, so I replied that yes, I'd received it. Today I checked my CC balance again...I still have not been charged for it!
I'm sure they'll notice eventually, right? I feel kind of dishonest...it's a very expensive lamp and I'm going to feel guilty if I end up getting it for free.
