He will, most likely, be gainfully employed, by the end of this week.
Actually, I was going to hire him, but one of our employees, who was supposed to leave next week, changed her mind (should that be illegal?) Patrick has volunteered at the house for 5 yrs & knows the job, so it had been a good fit & perfect as it is seasonal.
He goes back to RI (senior year!) the 3rd week in August, so there's not a pressing reason why an employer would want to hire him.
DH is not getting that
