How do you cut border stickers at the right angle to make them match up right??

What I do is lay them out and then cut the 45 degree angle with a craft knife, just be careful and cut through the stickers and not the paper underneath. HTH!

Forgive me, how do you know that you have a 45 degree angle?

Oh, I just eyeball it, going from corner to corner.
