Misty Mate Cool Blast Mister

I read about the Misty Mate Cool Blast Misters on this board. Ebay has them for $7.00 each which is the cheapest I've found. I'm excited since our trip is coming up in July so ordered 4. I'm not a Ebay merchant just a happy camper today!

My excitement could be dashed... a few weeks ago, I thought I had a great deal on my Baggalinni messanger bag only find out I didn't.

The Walgreens ad in our paper today had the Misty Mates on sale for $5.00. Not sure if it's only in our area (Denver) or national. Might be worth looking into.

After reading your post I went to ebay and bought 5 for my family!! I only paid $4.75 shipping too! Can't wait to try them. Our tip is in Sept, so I know they will come in handy!

For those that don't have a BJs in their area (I don't), try Walgreens. They're on sale this week for $5.99 each (normally $7.99).

We were at Disney last week and noticed that Disney is now selling Misty Mates. They were in the carts right beside the Mickey fans. I didn't price them but I'm sure they are more than the 3 pack cost at BJ's. Also, the Kissimmee Walgreens have them if you can't find one in your area, you can always pick one up when you get there.

Just went to Walgreens and picked up my Misty Mates on sale ($5.99 each!). After scouring the seasonal section for about 15 minutes (and getting pretty frustrated!), I checked the smaller seasonal section that had the electric fans in it. Eureka! There were about 7 or 8 Misty Mates just laying on the shelf by the fans, tucked between some other things. If I hadn't been looking so carefully, I would have totally missed them.

So, everybody, look by the electric fans!

Be careful when you go to Walgreen's. I didn't know what they look like, so I walked in and asked for the Misty Mates on sale. They sold me the fan/water bottle that needs a battery. After further research on here, I discovered they sold me the wrong thing. Luckily, after calling 4 Walgreen's, I finally found one that still had a couple and they let me swap it.

To save some time, Does anybody know which aisle the misty mates are in. Our walmart is HUGE and i could think of ten different places they could be. I leave for Barbados in ten days and it looks like the weather is going to be dry and sticky hot. Thought this might come in handy.

It's not actually Walmart, but Walgreens drug store that has them on sale right now. I have never seen them at my Walmart.

At Walgreens (if you have this store in your area) they are in the seasonal supplies (the summer stuff), or by the electric fans.

I received our cool blasters today. They seem to work. My dh and dd are playing golf so sent the cool blasters on a trial run. They fit nicely in the baggallini messenger bag.

I do think we'll still have personal fans with us for air movement. The one thing I didn't like about the little personal mister fans was that the mist seemed like huge droplets. From what I can tell, the cool blast mist is very fine so won't bother other people.

I missed Walgreen's sale and we don't have BJs

In my area, Walgreens has the 2.5 oz. MistyMate for $7.99 and the 10 oz. Sport MistyMate for $9.99 (has a spiral hose that clips back on itself, fits in a Baggallini sling pack - you can spray everyone down without taking it out).

They make a 16 oz. too, has anyone tried this? The 10 oz. weighs under 1 lb. and it's big enough to fill with ice.
