I need a little help trying to figure out what i can afford for hours of coverage. I need hel with how the timeline works on teh big day, and when you managed to get your best pics. :)

Dhay, DisbrideToni? ANy other Misty brides? Please help! How many hours of coverage will I really need? Im trying to see how much I need for the pics budget.

I want to have a 10am ceremony, then a luncheon. I reallllllly want to be able to do pics around the resorts. But for budget reasons that may get cut. WHen did you do your pics?

ceremony & escape cake cutting etc 10-11? or 10-1130? HOW LONG WILL THIS LAST? I am interested in SBP, how long is the cake, first dance, toasts etc?

Then do we squeeze in pics?

When should I plan for luncheon?

luncheon 12-2ish? or push it out a bit for more pic time? 1230-230? How did you handle this? Does this seem like enough time?

I had a 2:30pm SBP ceremony. I had Misty booked 11-5pm. We had a dinner at V&A at 5:30pm but I did not really need pics form there and my Dad has his amazing camera in case I did.

My hair came at 10am and we were just finishing up when Misty got there for the getting ready photos.

At 12 we all met in the GF lobby for formal pics (DH and I saw each other before) and then headed to the ceremony at 1:30 and 2pm.

Ceremony and cake cutting was 2:30-3:45. Thsi included cermony, staged exit, first dance, cake cutting, toast, and mingling.

DH and I left everyone while they still mingled and went all around the boardwalk from 3:45-4:45 and we got a TON of pics then!

Came back to GF lobby at 5pm got 2 pics in front of V&A and that was it.

It was the perfect amount of time.

We did the CD only package and our pics were no less amazing than others who get her full package so I would definitly try to book her. Photography was more important to us than anything.

I just signed with misty and I was like you and had no idea how many hours. If you talk to Misty she will help you with what will work best for you. She does this all the time so she knows what needs to be done. Also do not forget she gives a discount to Disney brides.

Thanks guys this info is SUPER helpful!

With the CD only package where will you print them? I am VERY tempted to do a CD only package, DF has reservations.

I am looking at ways to cut some of the other items, because I REALLY want Misty pics. I also really want a DVD from STVS. I am trying to figure out that package as well.

I upload all my digital pics to Shutterfly and misty reccomends that as well because their quality is good. This way I order whatever pics I want for a fraction of the price and print only the ones I want. Thsi way we will actually be able to make albums for the family as well and not break the bank.

We did not do a video. I know so many people who say after the first year of their wedding they never go back and look at their tape/DVD and if they could change one thing it would be to not "waste" their money there. It is a matter of personal preference, but for me photography, Disney wedding, and specific rings were non negotiable. I didn't care about much else.
