Mississauga or Brampton passport office?

Anyone use one of these offices lately? What is the wait time like , in other words what time do I need to be there? The Brampton office has Sat. hours anyone tried then? All info is welcomed

Hi, I used the Brampton office on a Saturday to get our passports a few months ago. I lined up at 8:15am on the Saturday and was the 25th person in line!! The doors opened at 9am and the first 25 people were put into a seating area. Everyone after us had to go through another line. These people eventually filled the vacated spots in the seating area. My number ( 25) was called up within 25 minutes and I was out the door by just past 9:30am. So the worst part was the inital wait outside. I would bring a folding camp chair with you!!
