Are you referring to Mission Space at Epcot? If so, it's sort of a virtual reality/centrifuge type ride. You enter a centrifuge, they close the doors and the panel comes in towards you. On the panel is a movie of your mission, take off, flight, etc. The centrifuge spins, but for me the feeling was one of Blast Off, I felt pressure rather than spinning. I am claustrophobic, and the small space did bother me. I am not one much for spinning either, but on MS, it was the small quarters rather than they spinning that got to me. You will all be given a job to perform and you interact with the ride. Also, they advise you to keep your head straight forward and keep your eyes on the screen. I strongly suggest following these instructions. It was a great experience, but I wouldn't do it again because of the claustrophobia.
