I have been trying for a FP for Mission Space and there are none available. I will keep trying but is it usually difficult to get?
Are any extra available on the day of going?

You should not have any trouble riding M:S without a FP.

Regardless, FPs are not held back for the day-of.
You didn't give a date for your trip, so we can't offer more info.

Mission Space? Never had a problem getting a FP and then riding it a few more times without...
at least for my kids. I am done with Mission Space.. great ride but i can' handle the spinning any longer plus i only rode the FAST spin version once and then could only ride the SLOWER Spin version after.. so the kids ride by themselves now (FAST version) and i wait in the play area...

Still a great ride and you should have no problem riding it without a FP..

Yes, Mission Space FP+ are hard to get this week. We have one, and I've tried to modify it with little success. You're more likely to find one the day off, as FP+ become extremely fluid. The green side line stays pretty short, even during the holiday. Orange side can get a fairly long line.

I believe the reason it's hard to get right now is it's "new" following the refurb. So folks who may usually skip it are getting FP to see the changes.
Green, which is technically no longer called Green, is now called Earth, is brand new
Orange, which is technically no longer called Orange, is now called Mars, is not new mission but is a new film
So the lines are really longer than they've ever been once you get there but the FP are harder to get, if that makes sense.

I did not realize they changed Orange. We did the Green side in October, I knew that was new. My review on green was that it did not make me feel sick, but was kinda dumb.

Orange got upgraded to HD, but otherwise the mission is the same. Only preshow and the little bit at the end of the mission now has Gina Torres instead of Gary Sinise.

Really? That’s going to make Gina my DS7’s “big d.. hero”. She’s been lobbying for orange for 2 years now. It hasn’t happened for a couple reasons and wouldn’t have this year because Earth is new. Guess it gets higher priority. :teeth:

I wouldn't worry too much about a long line, especially if you are going the "More Intense" route. I don't think I've waited over 20 minutes in a decade.
