Mission Space open on EE?

Does anyone know if MS was open on wednesday morning. I read on another thread that they were planning on opening for extra magic hour. I will be there next Wednesday and added this to my intinerary. The people who can answer this are probably still in Disney World though.

I was told by a Mission Space CM that they are trying to open at 8:00 on Wednesdays for EE.

My itinerary for wednesday is to get on the bus to Epcot at 7:00am, ride mission space, leave right away and be at Magic Kingdom by 9:00.

It was open last Wednesday for EE.

We were told by CMs that on Wednesday mornings it is only open to resort guests. (until late afternoon). Not sure if that true---but we did have to show resort ids to get on it at around 10am.

I am going to the parks next week and want to try to ride MS. My wife and I are annual passholders, and I think I remember someone saying that we are allowed to preview it. We are going with another couple who isn't. How does this work, do they have to wait for us, or since they are part of our party they can preview mission space with us?

You don't have to be an annual passholder in order to ride.
