Mission Space/Fast Pass Question

We will arrive at the Dolphin in April 14th and would like to ride Mission Space our first day. It doesn't matter what time - even late in the evening - what time do the fast passes run out? If we get to the park by 1:00 p.m. will we have a shot?

I would assume you would still be able to get a fastpass, but it will probably be for late in the evening by that time. During xmas I think they stop giving them out at noon one day. I got mine at 11:00am that day and came back at 9:30pm to ride Mission Space. The countdown clock for coming back to ride was changing 5 minute increments every couple of minutes. The line for the fastpass line was 10 minutes long. But, that was also Xmas. Have Fun

Is that a busy time? I guess it would be, because of spring break, maybe? We just got back on Sunday, and although there were moderate crowds (M:S standby of about 40 min), we were always able to get Fastpasses at Epcot until about 5ish. I guess it depends on how busy the parks are in mid-April. have fun- it's a great ride!!
