On a Monday morning in late September, we have PS at 10am for the princess breakfast at Norway. I don't want to have a full stomach for mission:space. If we get to the park at 9, will M:S cycle us through quickly enough to make it to breakfast at 10?

If you get to the front gate 20-30 minutes before opening & then make a bee line to MS, you should make it. However, if you have any motion sickness tendencies, you may not want breakfast! It took me an hour to regain my appetite.

I think you will be o.k since the time of year you are going is light, and a Monday in Epcot should not be too bad at all....however, if you do have motion sickness...I would suggest taking some meds so you do not have an ucky tummy feeling to ruin your breakfast. If you have the time, I would also walk to WS over the bridge instead of the boat ride ... you may not need any more "motion" That said. MS is a blast!

We were able to do both Mission Space and Test Track before our PS for PSB last May without a problem... practically walked onto both. We had a 1030 PS, so I dont think youll have a prob just doing that one. Just get there close to opening and head over there first... no need to fly like the wind or anything, just dont dawdle =)
