Is Mission Space open during EPCOT's Extra Magic Hour?

I would think that it will be once it opens, but I don't think that's official yet.

mission space will only have a soft opening Aug. 15 th makes us sad we will be there aug-5th thru 12 th

also last year we went on DCL cruise skipped WDW
also on the site says as of Oct 2001 no more magical hour early entry have they changed it back

is there still early entrys to park guest ? or not a little help here ?

Yes, Yes, Yes...extra magic hour is still going on. (just discussed in a thread above this one)

MS is not officially open, but lately it's been opening for tests after 3-4pm, if you follow what everyone is saying. Will they still be testing when I go in July, who knows. I sure hope so. August? Who knows yet. But no way its a magic hour ride until it officially opens for good.

As far as I know they had four days of soft openings accessible to guests about two weeks ago, and nothing since. They are working on getting the final two contrifuges up and running at the moment. Still, it's not unlikely that there will be more such soft openings, especially right before August 15.

I would be surprised if M:S isn't added to the Epcot EE lineup once it officially opens. But official opening isn't till October, so we may have a wait on our hands.

From Aug. 15th onward, will M:S be open daily, or will it still be hit or miss. Thanks!

After August 15, it should operate just like any other attraction.

No apparently, they are opening it for a few hours at night according to others on this board who rode it just last week. But it is not on any official schedule. You just have to be lucky to be there. It seems it is open around 4pm. I was there last Wednesday morning and it was not open although there were several CM's and official looking people milling around in front of the baracade and also behind the barricade right by the fastpass machines. I was really disappointed when I read that they had it open that afternoon pretty much as soon as I left.
