It's fastpass by far but there are SO many other choices not listed! (Epcot's absurd opening time of 11; Indiana Jones theater; many restaurants still not opened; cape may dinner compromised, no Boardwalk entertainment, restrictions on pool accessibility due to crowds (yet ok to cram us in like sardines at Epcot rope drop).)

We have been to WDW twice during Covid. When we left last time I made a list of what will induce me to go back again:

Full Housekeeping
Regular restaurant menus that aren’t widdled down
Hotel food courts open
Casey’s and CHH open
Dining plan (free dining!)
Monsters Inc
Full FOTLK
Indiana Jones show
FPs
Fireworks
Dessert parties
All resorts open
After Hours events
BOG QS for lunch
Epcot monorail
International CMs at Epcot
MK opening show
Resort airline check in / airport luggage service
Hotel arcades (open now?)
‘Ohana (ugh...)
People Mover (open now)

I guess I’m high maintenance....

Character Meet & Greets is #1 for me. We will spend entire days park hopping just to meet characters.

In no order: -
Port Orleans
Paper fast passes!
Evening light parade (fireworks, too, but I much prefer the evening parade at MK)

I'd vote to keep the character cavalcades over the meet & greets.

P.S. What about the Hoop-Dee-Doo? Is that on its way back?

Extra Magic Hours for resort guests.

And , generally, bring back the MK evening/night experience for regular ticket holders. They've paid enough!

Live entertainment. I haven't kept up with things since our January trip so maybe some of the performers have returned already, but Epcot just isn't the same without the musicians and entertainers.

POFQ and its pool and its food court and its boat ride to Disney Springs. That's all we need.

TBH, I miss the Jedi Training the most. So stinkin' cute, and some of the best actors I've ever seen. Great improv, funny, great timing, not too scary. Just perfect for the young kids.

One of my biggest regrets was not trying harder to get a timeslot at the Jedi Training for my boys when they were little. They don't bring it up but I know my older son would have enjoyed it.

This post kind of struck me about our first and only trip to WDW 4 years ago, as frequent DL visitors. The Magic was what was missing at WDW as compared to DL. WDW is much more commercial. As Disneyaholics, WDW today anyway, is kind of the park Walt was trying to get away from.

Hey maybe they’ll add an older kid version if and when it comes back!

I have heard a rumor that they have started calling the HDD cast back, but nothing from Disney yet. I imagine there would be some rehearsal time needed to bring everyone up to speed , especially if they end up with new hires in any roles.

Mine is definitely FP+. I hate standby lines, especially in hot weather. If they don’t have FP back by anniversary weekend, or if they try to charge for it, I guess I won’t be doing any rides (unless there is a limited edition cupcake line that keeps most of them occupied ;)).

don't want to go until FP, fireworks and major shows are back. AND forget about paying the rumored $100 for all day fast passes!

We were there last month. I did not miss fast passes at all. I liked the freedom of not having a schedule. We got to do everything we wanted. I sure hope paid fast passes do not happen. I would like POFQ back and fireworks. I also want back Columbia Harbor House.
