Missing reservation

I apologize if this has been asked and answered previously, but I didn't uncover it in my search.

I have made 2 ADR for our trip to WDW in May. When I log in to the Disney website under my reservations, I can only see one of them. Tried clicking the link to find a missing reservation. When I do that, it says the reservation is no longer in the system. Has something tragic happened? Or does this occur from time to time. I know the day after I made both ADR I could see them when I logged in to check my reservations. I'm nervous as this is the character meal that is so important. I still have the email with my confirmation number.

Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated. This will be the first time staying on site, and with any character meals for my family so I really want things to go smoothly!

I would call the line and check on it.

That was my thought. Would I just call the dining reservations main number? Also, the reservations are made under my husband's name, so can I call, or will he need to do it?

Call. Sometimes they cancel a reservation if two are made at similar times.

Try calling and see if they can find it. The same thing happened to me and they found it and gave me a confirmation number. Once I had the confirmation number I logged in and entered that number then the missing reservation showed with all my other reservation. For some reason they could see it, I could not.

Thank you all for your help. I called this morning and they had record of the reservation. They gave me a new confirmation number and now I can see it when I login online. Problem solved.
