Missing points

Hi - it appears I am missing points. Here is what I did:


Boardwalk 60 - 2013 60 -2014 = 120

OKW - 245 -2013 and 210 - 2104 = 455

Total = 575

Used 78 from OkW = leaves 377

Transfer 57 from BWALK TO OKW

OKW = 377+57=434

BWALK =120 - 57= 63

I have a confirmation number for the transfer

Online it shows OKW=377. BWALK =63

Where are my transferred 57????

I need to make part two of my reservation tomorrow and Member Services is now closed.

Do transferred points not appear in online counts?

I've never transferred between contracts I own, but I have had points transferred into one of my contracts and no, they don't show up online...so you probably should call MS to make sure all is well, but chances are "the problem" is only that transferred accounts don't show up online...

if you are using transferred pts (which, again, will not show up online), then you'd have to call MS at 9am.
