"Missing" Planners Update

I had a call from a DVC Member Satisfaction CM who wanted to know if I had received my 08 Planner. I hadn't. He explained they were following up because there has been a problem getting them delivered. (he said they were printed in Georgia, at least my my part of the country) and also said he'd put in another order for it.
Nice to see they are aware of the problem and are working on it. Also stated that we are supposed to get them by mid September for the following year, and we all know how that didn't happen this year.
I appreciated the attention to the problem.

I still haven't received mine and I live in Texas. I guess I'm going to have to call them...

I think you should..you are probably getting yours from this same faulty Georgia plant..

I didn't get mine either. I doubt mine came from Georgia. I put in a reorder via MS and they said 6-8 weeks. What and why are my questions to that.
