Missing Photpass Magic shots?

If there are missing magic shot pictures from your photpass that you know were taken - is there a way to get them back on the card? I actually used the same card the whole trip and other shots from the same photographer and time are on the card but some are not. We took Naveen magic shots and they are not on the card. The pictures were there when we checked them before we left but they did not have Naveen in them yet and they were still working on it. Then we had to go back to the hotel to catch the bus so we could not check the magic part of the shot. Now when I am looking at them on the website the pictures are missing. Is there a way to get them back?

I don't really know how to help you get them back. I was just going to say that we have gotten the animated shots before and on a couple the picture appeared on our photo pass but the character never showed.

Call Photopass and explain it to them and see if they can do anything to get them back.

I was able to get some shots back just by contacting photopass via the website & they will ask if you have an approximate date & time & what you were wearing how many in group to try to find your pictures. Good luck they are also able to add the magic because I had a couple Simba & Stitch pics that the magic didn't show up.

I was in a photoshare last year (before they were banned) and I was missing my photo's from our first day and those were the ones I really wanted as they had my DD and DS holding tinkerbelle.

Well when I received my photos in the mail they were there

Not sure what happened but I was just glad they were there.

We were missing tinkerbelle once and I emailed photopass and they fixed it.
Email them and see if they can help.

Gie PhotoPass a call...during our last trip our photopass card was switched with the family in front of us. By the time we were able to get to a photopass rep they located our missing photos! Magically they found them! So anything is possible!

Thanks for the info. I didn't realized they could fix it from home instead of in the parks. My oldest was very upset her picture didn't have a Tink (who is her favorite) and her sister's taken on another day did. Anyway, I called and they were able to fix it. Thanks!
