missing photos on memory maker

I emailed them on Monday night for missing photo's and magic shots and have not heard back as of today. how much time should I allow before submitting the forms again regarding the pictures in question?

I would just call. On our last trip, 3 individual photos and one entire set of character photos was missing. I called as soon as I was home, talked to a lovely CM named Chris, and he had everything sorted and in my account within 15 minutes. Try 407-560-4300

I'll second the calling! We had missing pictures and I don't think we ever heard back from the email we sent, but the CM on the phone was very helpful!

Yep it's way better to call. I never hear back from just an e-mail.

Agree with calling. I did not even bother with the email, as I was upset about missing pics with Chewbacca that DD loved, and went right to the phone. After I went further through realized I was missing part of her BBB pics, including the reveal, and had other girls BBB pics on mine. I then went day by day and jotted down 4 other places we had been that were not showing up. It took two phone calls, but we did finally get them all on there, and got editing time extended since we got them all on there late. They are very helpful, and it is easier if you have the days and place you were for them to try and find. I have had a few missing before, or magic shot not showing up, but this was by far the most I have ever had missing, and ironically our shortest trip!

To add on to the pp, when you call, be prepared with the date, approximate time, and a description of what your party was wearing/looks like. It makes the CMs task of finding your photos much easier.
