Missing photopass photos from MK yesterday 1/12

Can anyone who was at MK yesterday see their Photopass photos? We visited three characters yesterday and rode 7DMT and none of them are online yet. I spoke to someone last night who said they are having problems uploading on the MK side. I am going to be sad if my son's photos with Gaston don't show up.

There's a link on the memory maker site that u can click on for missing pictures. You just have to fill out a question form and submit it to the Disney tech people. When we went last year my pics from my son meeting Peter Pan on the pirate cruise and my pics of the story time thing with belle were both missing. I filled out the missing photo thing and with I think 2 or 3 days I had the pictures.

If you're still there for a few days, go to a MM location (we did DTD in GS) and they can look them up for you and add them on right there. They found ours in about 5 minutes, but they won't look until 24 hours is up.

As mentioned, you should go on the website and click on the link for "missing pictures"

It might take a couple of days, but it always worked for me

Last time I receive a essage saying that they could not retrieve the pictures.
I used the link again and started it over... " days later I had my pictures !

Dont worry.. our past trip it took awhile to show up on the app but when we went to the kiosk they were there. I did have some pics missing from the christmas party when I got home and called them.. My pics were found in 20 minutes..very nice on the phone... Just make sure you are able to give them dates, parks and if possible around the time/location...

Sometimes I got mine right away, other times I have had to wait a day or two. I would give it some more time then ask.

When we were at WDW last October, towards the end of our trip, we could only see about half of our photos from the first full day of our trip on the app. I was worried about losing the photos from MNSSHP so I went to a photopass counter to see if they could find them. When they checked everything was showing up in the account already. I was told the app was glitchy and even though everything is actually there, sometimes the app won't show it. Also, sometimes it takes a day or two for photos to show up anywhere, so the fact you can not see them the very next day does not surprise me. We got concerned when we still could not see them 4 or 5 days later.

I'm not sure who you spoke to, whether it was a guest or CM, but if it was not an actual photopass person at a counter (not a photographer), I would not rely on it. If you are really concerned, stop by a photopass counter and have them check. While WDW does lose photos sometimes, or have camera and uploading glitches with a camera where you might lose a set, the fact that you are missing a bunch from different locations makes me think they are probably all there and it is an app glitch since that is exactly what happened to us.

I stopped by the photo center in epcot and was only one of many facing this issue today. They expect it will be fixed in 24-48 hours. All of my photos were able to be seen there.
