You are a good man and it's nice to see this side of men from time to time.

I know just what you mean. Last year in June I was away in canada for a whole month. it was torture. after about two weeks I was calling my husband and crying that I wanted to come home and forget about everything I needed to get done up there lol

Soemtimes I think being away from each other is the hardest thing we've ever had to do. It sucks.

Thank you, but it's not about me it really is about my wife. Not only is she the Mother of our four children but she is a caregiver for her Father who suffers from dementia and is in a nursing home and she visits him every day and takes care of his financial matters as well. Her two sisters live out of state so it's on her to do it all and some days it takes its toll on her to the point of tears. So you can see she is well deserving of this trip to just relax and have fun with no worries at home.
I am the one who is blessed to be married to such a special lady and with the help of a very good friend in the UK I hope to make her upcoming birthday very, very special!!

Aww, Well she is lucky to have someone who appreciates her and can see she obviously needs a trip like this with her son. I'm sure she misses you too!

Well, she's home, my wife arrived at home around 11:45 last night and do you know what she brought me home? A hot dog from Casey's Corner AWESOME!!! I just had it for lunch and it just brought back so many memories it was great. We stayed up just talking about her trip she had the best time with her son and they got to do so much. I am so glad she was able to go now knowing it was such a great time but I am so grateful to have her home safe and sound. She's already mentioned about another trip next year with all of us because she said she missed us so.
She's off to see her dad and he'll be so happy to see her now it's back to normal here at the house but I am so happy the love of my life is home and so are our children it was so nice to see the smiles on their faces as they came into our bedroom this morning to see their mommy....
