Also, I copied this from the My Points website:

"If you think you are missing Points from your account, contact Member Care with details. Please include as much information as possible, such as confirmation numbers and the specific advertiser and Point-earning opportunity of which you took advantage. We'll look into the situation for you and correct any discrepancies as soon as possible. "

Thanks so much. What are the chances of me really getting these points. We are talking around 2500-3000 points.

Wow! That's a lot of points! Wouldn't hurt to try and get this corrected though. Just make sure you have all of the information they requre when you email them. I've emailed them twice about not getting points and got the points I was supposed to get.
