Missing Magic Shots effects - Photopass?

We just got back a few days ago and during the trip we noticed that one of the photographers "magic shots" didn't have anything added onto them. Has this happened to anyone else? Is there anything we can do about it?

Yes, this has happened to me. We were supposed to be holding onto a bunch of balloons. I didn't bother trying to get it fixed - we looked goofy because we weren't familiar with this shot.

I don't know if you call or send an email if someone can go into your pictures and add the effect. Hopefully someone else knows more!

There's a nice big Help section on the photopass website. There are several areas to email them with specific issues. They should be able to help with this! Definitely contact them about it.

I sent them an email yesterday, through the website of course. Now we will wait and see what happens.

We had a similar situation and it was able to be fixed easily. Give them a few days to get to it and I am confident that it will be the way it should be.

I just heard back a bit ago and they had gone into my account and fixed the pictures! My daughter now has fairy wings and my son has Minnie looking at him from the bench.

The same thing happened to us and they were very quick to get the pictures corrected. We had ordered the CD also and when it arrived we noticed not all of our pictures were included. Another quick email and within 24 hours the issue had been corrected and I had an email code for a new free CD!

True to form, Disney PhotoPass customer service is top notch!

I just wanted to mention that both my daughter's fairy wings and my son sitting on a bench with Minnie were done at Italy in Epcot by the same photographer, which is not included in the information provided at sticthkingdom.

Our fairy wings were done at Tinkerbelle's spot.

Also the Prince Naveen kissing frog pic, we had done in the little garden area between Crystal Palace and Casey's Corner. There was almost always a photopass person or two in there the past few weeks doing this shot.

We once had missing special effects so I just called them and they were add within an hour

Has anyone had them correct one AFTER they have gotten their cd? I didn't know it was an option to get them corrected but my cd should be here tomorrow.

We got ours corrected after we received the CD and they were kind enough to send us a second CD at no charge.
