Missing Magic Band

Large party with multiple rooms. I got four boxes of Magic bands but I am missing a band for one person. I noticed that they come with three slots in each box and all of the slots are full in each box, but we have 13 people going. Do they send a whole box out with one band in it? Is it normal to have all of them show up and have just one band come separately?

From personal experience, that's normal. I ordered 5 MB for our trip next month and all 5 arrived in separate boxes. The same thing happened in June and last November too.

All boxes do not have 3 slots. We got ours this trip with 2 slots, cause there are 2 people. My aunt on our last trip had 4 slots cause there were 4 in their room. Is this one person staying in a room alone? If so it would be normal for theirs to be shipped separately. If not, I am not sure, but I would definitely call and check.

We are a family of 5 and both times all 5 bands have come in one box.

They come in one box for each room.

The boxes should match the rooms I think, with each box holding between 1 and 5 bands. Is this person in the room by themselves?

Each box can hold up to 5 MB's. How many rooms do you have reserved for your group? Are the MB's you received boxed up according to who is staying in each room? Is the person whose band is missing staying in a separate room?
