Badge of honor. I like that better than thinking I am a big klutz.

It's totally a badge of honor. Several of my female running buddies will paint their missing toe nails black so they blend in with the other nails that have black polish too.

15 this AM - not real pretty but what a great and cool morning to run. Though it's always amuzing to see how tired and sore one can be after a race as compared with a training run - and pass the 13.1 mark within 4 minutes of each other.

Was thinking 16 but my route took me kind of close to the house and I was feeling a little hip issue. Best to add miles next month.

Next week - Laporte By the Bay half with two trips over the 4th largest cable stayed bridge in the US.

Just wanted to say welcome back Coach Charles....I don't post often but love to read your advice...as you have also given some to me in the past.

Everyone else keep up the training 6 weeks to go just did a tough 9 and 18 this weekend. Not as fast as I would like but still uninjured
