Missing FP+ Question

I made my FP+ selections for our up coming trip. I was able to score some Anna and Elsa passes for the four of us. It was a little tricky and had to make some calls, but I got two for 12:00-1:00 and two 12:15-1:15 on the same day.

Well, when I checked my itinerary three of my passes were gone and moved to another attraction. When I called the person on the phone said she could only get me one pass and that she had no idea were my original passes went. When I asked to speak with a supervisor she said that she could not transfer me. So now I am stuck trying to find at least one more pass so both my kids can meet Anna and Elsa.

Does anyone know how I can speak with a supervisor about this? I called the main number at the bottom of the page on the web site.

Just keep making calls from the list of numbers below until you get someone
who will help you.

When you call even the same number multiple times, you will
undoubtedly get a different CM with every call.
