Missing a FP time?

If I have 3 reserved FP:

9am
10:15am
11:30am

But over sleep or somehow miss that 9am FP, can I get a 4th PF after I use the 11:30 one?

As soon as you know you have or will miss it you can cancel the FP and make a new one in its place. Remember that there is a bit of leeway with FP times and if you ask nicely and explain your situation a CM can help you out further.
