This morning when I woke up I checked my bank statement online and I realized that my loan and dues payment were to go out last night. The only thing that posted to my checking account was my dues payment but not my loan payment. I also realized that I don't have the full total amount needed for my loan payment. That was my miscalculation on my finances for the week. If my loan payment goes unpaid for a few days past the actual due date or gets returned for lack of funds in my account will they cancel my reservation for this coming Christmas or am I still okay. I am actually worried that I just ruined my surprise Christmas trip for my girls. Any help or information on this would really put me at ease..

I would recommend calling Member Administration ASAP and make arrangements with them to cover your account. Good luck!

Yes, I think you can put it on a credit card. You will need to pay it right away. G L.

I would contact MS as suggested before, but I do not think being a couple of days late will affect your reservations. If you were attempting to check in, after missing a payment and having a balance due, I believe they would not permit you to check in until that was cleared up.

Most creditors have a 10-14 grace period for late payments before there is a penalty. I don't know the specifics for Disney, but check with Member Administration as others have said. We had our payment set up for an automatic draft from our checking account, which made it easy to not miss a payment. I only have two monthly payments not on auto-debit, and I am always forgetting about them!

I doubt your surprise Christmas trip is in trouble at this point. That will be such a fun Christmas surprise for your girls!!

In looking at our account on the member website, there is a 15 day grace period before any late charges are due. You should still contact Member Accounting ASAP to get it cleared up.
