So my God-parents left yesterday for WDW. They are in the MK today! and I am house and dog sitting! I'm happy they are in WDW...but my trip is not until Thanksgiving and I just want to go know! Anybody else getting impatient!:rotfl: I'm watching dogs while they are riding buzz lightyear...help:wizard:

I feel your pain some of our best friends who live all the way across country from us are at WDW right now ! They invited us but we already have a trip planned in Oct for F&W. Not only am I missing WDW but I'm missing an opertunity to see them !

I know what you mean, only we went this Spring Break (had not gone to DW since Dec 07) and we had a great time other than DD getting pneumonia. We go back Nov/Dec of this year, but I really miss being there, lol!

We were there for eight nights and it just FLEW by! It seemed like it ended before it started. I just remind myself how lucky we are to get to go twice in one year.:goodvibes

Hope your trip is extra magical and atleast we have something good to look forward to:)

I miss it bad!!! My friend is there right now and she keeps calling me and telling me what a grand time she is having. That doesn't bother me really, I'm glad she is having fun, it just makes me want to be there right now!

Us too! We have gone once or twice a year for the past 7 years or so. But, due to the economy and trying to pay debt down, we decided to take a break this year. :guilty:

But, I have had several students to take family vacations and several of our friends have gone over spring break. I am so glad that they were able to go and experience the Mouse's House, but I wished that we were with them! :sad1:

We will be there next year- if we can stay focused and on our money track!

I was just there in January! and it did go by so fast, I know what you mean! I agree very lucky to get to go twice a year, gotta remind myself of that too.
It definitely helps having a trip to look forward to:worship: I don't know what I would do if I didn't have that:lmao:
Disney addicted lol Glad I'm not alone here!!!:wizard:

This is the first time in a while that I don't have a trip to WDW planned. Also, I recently found out that my kids are going to go this summer with their dad. Waaaahhh. :sad1:

YES I MISS DISNEY!!! Geez. It's horrible. I keep checking out the YouTube videos, and the photos on the DisBoards, just to keep myself "connected" somehow.

Isn't there SOME way I can manage to go????
:confused3

It's still crowded but not as bad as last week or the week before that.
Today is slightly breezy which makes it comfortable as currently it is 81º.

The wait for Splash Mountain was at 25 minutes most of the day. The wait for Buzz was hovering at 25 minutes as well.
Pirates was not too bad a wait at 15 minutes.

CRUEL!!!!!!!

We went last year at spring break, and have no real possibility of going any time in the near (or even far) future, with DH out of work. My dad called last week -- they winter in Clearwater -- and they were thinking about going to Epcot for a day, so I got to spend an hour helping them figure it out. That was fun... and heartbreaking... and they didn't end up going, so I couldnt' even live vicariously through them. No pictures or anything.

If we're very lucky -- if DH finds a job, DS14 can get his back issues resolved, then we'll try to go in 2011, but I'm thinking that realistically it will be 2012. I think I'll have shriveled up and died from lack of vitamin D(isney) by then.
