Saw a recent stream of the transportation after Enchantment situation. Generally faster to take express/resort monorails or ferry? I think we'll sort of plan to stay in the parks after fireworks, but just in case. We always chose the monorails even if it looked like the ferry was filling up and didn't look like you'd wait long for launch, given how slowly it moved.

After the 6:15 Hoop Dee Doo, say it's 8-8:15pm (since the last show is 8:30), is it too much of a reach to try to get to Harmonious or last ride at Rise? Our ADR is unfortunately on a Fri night that MK closes at 6 for a party. If there is a chance, what is the best way? Do you take a bus to the main FW bus stop to take another bus, or take the ferry to MK and take a bus to HS or monorail to EP. Trying to figure out if any of those options are fast enough or if we just plan to go to the pool or DS (not fans of either).

Sidewalks the whole way if you wanted to walk from Sports to McDonalds?

Assuming BB continues to stay closed this Fall, if going from AK to TL to MK, MK to TL to EP, EP to TL to HS... do you have to figure out the best connection hotels (close to TL) for buses if not going back to your own resort to try to save time (get a locker, rinse off and change).

As far as your first question, never, ever drive to MK if you are staying on property. Ever. Period, end of story. Take your resort bus. That way you avoid the monorail or ferry and the parking lot tram.

As far as your second question, I would take the bus from FW to whichever park you end up choosing. It’s going to be tight with the current hours. You didn’t mention when your trip is, but bear in mind that park hours often change.

There are sidewalks from the All Stars to McDonald’s. Take a look at the satellite view on Google Maps so you can see where you need to cross.

At the moment, Typhoon Lagoon buses originate from Disney Springs. Coming from Typhoon Lagoon, you would go to Disney Springs first. I would take buses from there to whichever resort is closest to your destination park.

#4, dang! I was not thinking about how long the transport to and from TL was going to be. Maybe there's a reason that we forgot about losing rope drop for the day, and used to go to water park first and not in between 2 parks. It's just that with my in laws coming, we're having to go on 3 separate days (rest of us don't want to go on any, haven't in years).

It'll be early Sept. for Hoop Dee Doo. Excited for it since I haven't gone since the early 90s! Again, would have been better if we picked a non party day to try for a boat back to MK for Enchantment. But we're going to have to settle for MK first and then boat to Hoop Dee Doo for the 6:15.
