It's been a tradition growing up to always get a Mint Julep (nonalcohol) in New Orleans Square at DLR. Can anyone tell me if these are served at any of the parks at WDW?

I don't know about the parks but I was able to get one at the Bellevue Room at BW a couple of years back.

I'd say for the in the park, your best bet is at HS at the 50's Prime Time Tune In Lounge. ( attached to the 50's Prime Time Cafe ) This is the only full service bar I know of at any of the parks.

It's green and served with a cherry  I don't know how to describe it, it's not fizzy, not tart, it's a minty drink. I guess real ones at a bar have booze in them (i've never had one)
It's one of those things a remember as a little kid, a tradition. Can't go to DLR without getting one :) They are served at a little window in New Orleans Square back by the train station. I know tons of people that never knew their was even a beverage window back there, but recall seeing people walking around with green drinks wondering what they were and where they got them.
I know it sounds silly, but it's kinda sentimental.

There's a huge difference between the non-alcoholic one and the real deal at the bars. The Disneyland one is basically a minty Sprite. The real one with booze is bourbon with crushed mint leaves and sugar. Sort of like a mojito, but with bourbon.

And no, I haven't found a Disneyland version of it outside of New Orleans Square.

That would be a great drink to add at POR or POFQ. It would fit in there and having it non-alcholic would appeal to alot of people.

Oh Disney - are you listening?
