Minor question about soap

OK. Here's a long lead-in to a simple question. We (Me, DW, DS (17), DD (13), and DS's Girlfriend (16)) will be visiting ASMu in Sept. Last visit (2/07) we stayed at the Contemporary (Work Related), and they had the nice blue and white soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion in the room. What about ASMu? Do they have the same stuff now, or do they have the wall dispensers?

While the bottles may be the same colors, there are (I believe) two different sets of toiletries used in the resorts. The values and moderates get one line, and the deluxe get the upgraded variety.

We stayed at ASMu and OKW in one trip and definitely had two different product sets.

I was just at the CSR and POP and the bath amenities were completely different in each. Much nicer at CSR, and somewhat basic in POP. For example, at POP one bottle was both shampoo and conditioner in one. At CSR, there was one shampoo and a separate conditioner and also hand lotion. I thought it smelled better too.

All resort toiletries are H2O brand. GF gets the Spa line. Deluxes get the Aquatics line. Not sure about the moderates, but I think it is the Aquatics line also. Values get just the regular H2O line. So while they will be the same brand, not the same as what you used at the Contemporary.

So - no wall dispensers at All Stars anymore? I liked those. Hated wasting plastic bottles and stuff.

I just got back from staying at SSR and they use the 3 bottles of aquatics, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel. At POP they give you just one bottle, shampoo & conditioner combo. Definitly not the same quality, and the bottles aren't even the same. Same kind of bar soap though. In fact I let my kids use the bottle at POP and make bubble bath out of it. I would bring your own from the sample section at Target or Walmart. We were at POP last Sept and there were no dispensers on the wall.

Are you getting a suite?

They won't allow 5 people per room at the All Stars unless you have a suite.

Just back from the ASMu (May 6-11).

You get a 1.25 oz. blue plastic Mickey bottle of "shampoo & conditioner."

It's good for about 1-2 shampoos.

I bought a couple bottles of H2O+ Aquatics for $14 each at Maestro Mickey's gift shop and used that during my stay.
