Minor not on my F&F list

Tomorow is our 60 day out for our trip and I was going to schedule tours/meals. When I went on my MDE, I see that my granddaughter is only sharing the resort reservation. Says my daughter (her mother) controls her profile. What do we need to do so I can make park reservations and schedule other things?

Update your profile or whoever has control of the profile by adding people to it

Since it will only let me remove her, I'm assuming my daughter will have to do something.

I had to call disney and have them fix this issue. I don't know what they did, but the minor remained under their parents' account and I was able to see them and book their LL, etc.
