Minnie's Breakfast

Just when I thought I understood making a PS, I got so confused on my call this morning. We wanted to eat at Minnie's at the EARLIEST possible time so as to have the beautiful castle in some pictures with fewer people. I called to make a PS for a Wednesday (May 27th) and the CM told me the earliest time is at 8:40. I made the PS, but then called back to confirm the information with a different CM. The next CM told me you can only eat at 8:10 on MM days. So I can move the PS to the following day (a Thursday) and eat at 8:10. We will use our MM on the Tuesday before, so we won't have access to MM on Thursday. The CM confirmed that we can enter the park for breakfast without an MM pass as long as we have a regular park ticket (which we will).

Is this sounding right? I don't mean to be such a moron, but I guess I thought I had understood that the PS was 8:10 EVERY day. I don't care if we need to move it to the next day, but I don't want to move it and then be told we can't eat there since we don't have access to MM. Thanks for ANY advice you can offer to me.

And with all this confusion - it is STILL exciting to be making PS for a trip that is within 60 days!!!!

I made our PS for Minnie and was told they make ressies every 10 minutes and if you make one during MM you stand to the right of the rope drop area by the plaza and a CM will come get you
I made ours for 9 am so we'd have a couple hours to play and work up a good appetite!

Last March we did the first seating & we actually checked-in at gates 1 & 2. They had a list of PS's & then they scan your ticket & give you a button for Minnie & Friends. You go to the right side of the rope drop & they let you thru to line up at the Plaza Inn. That's what we did!!

You don't need a MM to get in for an early PS. You will be fine, just check in with the CM and they will instruct you from there.

Thanks everyone! I just felt so stupid this morning on the phone with the CM. I'll call tomorrow to make the PS for the 28th then. We'll go in and eat during MM while we can't be on the rides anyway.

I called last week and made PS's for April 30th at 9:00am and the park doesn't open to non MM guests until 10am and the CM didn't even say anything about needing to check in. Good thing I read the Dis or I'd be really confused!
