Is there any other character dining besides Chef Mickey's that has Minnie Mouse? We have done Chef Mickey's before & enjoyed it. I'd just like to try someting new. Minnie is a must this trip for my DD.
Depending on when you plan to go, Liberty Tavern sometimes has a character dinner that includes Minnie, Mickey, Goofy, Chip and Dale dressed in period clothing.
Thanks, everyone. Not sure what I''ll do, maybe back to Chef Mickey's. I may try Cape May but I'll have to look into transportation options. That's a lot of transfers so early in the morning.
Out of all the character dining it seems strange to me that Minnie is only a 2 places.
Cape May Buffet is great. Good food, fun atmosphere, not as chaotic as other character meals.
From most places, I'd say bus to the Studios and then walk (or take the boat if it's there). From WL, however, it might be worth transferring at the Magic Kingdom.
This i not necessarily true, the characters are subject to change at all the character meals....we have had Minnie there with us at Tusker House before, but none of the places have a guarantee on who will be there.
We love Cape May as well....I know that transferring that early can be a pain, but if you can get a chance to go over there for breakfast I would highly recommend it. Cape May has become a family tradition for us. It has hot and fresh food, great character interaction, and the whole atmosphere is awesome
Minnie was at our Tusker House breakfast May 2009 dressed in Safari clothes. Very cute and Daisy was there too!! She is not often at character breakfasts... The character interaction is great there too. They do a little dance around the restaurant with all the kids...and the kids are given little African instruments and shakers to "shake" to the music. Fun.
We have also had her at: Chef Mickey's (chef outfit).

I would have loved to see that. DD & I were there in Oct & although we were very happy to see Daisy, no Minnie is sight. We had a short Mommy & Me get away & weren't able to see Minnie, so that's why she's a must do this trip. It sounds like she only guaranteed at Cape May & Chef Mickey's. Maybe we'll plan a breakfast at Cape May & dinner at Chef Mickey's.
We just did the Cape May Breakfast for DD 8th birthday. It was very nice. Worth a taxi trip over. Make it an Epcot day, and you can walk to Epcot after your meal. It is much more relaxed than Chef Mickey and the food was better. Enjoy
