Minnie Van from AoA to MK

Does anyone know how long it takes to travel from AoA to MK in a Minnie Van? is the cost variable based on peak times or is it a set price? Do Minnie Vans pick you up at your building (we are staying in LM) or does it pick you up at Animation Hall?

Usually it will pick you up at any of the parking lots around the resort. The locations will show up in the Lyft app. As to pricing I’m sorry I don’t know. I have only used it a few times and none since it came back (hopefully to change next month)

Edit to add that I mean I hope to ride next month. I don’t expect Minnie van to change next month

Should be about a 12-15-minute ride, depending on traffic.
You should be able to specify in the app nearest which building you’d like to be picked up.
As far as pricing, plug it into the Lyft app and see what comes up.

This is really good advice. Do you mean after fireworks as a peak time? What other times have you experienced difficulty getting one?

At park open, at park close, after fireworks, depending on how busy it is you could have trouble at any time.

Last week we arrived at MK just as a rain storm started. Many people waiting for Minnie Vans (and waiting awhile) so I would think bad weather would also be a peak time.

Yeah, don't count on it is the moral of the story. Sometimes it will be so busy it will just be impossible to get one. It's not like there's a waiting list, you'd jsut ahve to stand there trying for a long time.

Nothing unique going on that I was aware of.
When I tried on the app it said something to the affect of none available at this time, or extremely long wait, I can't recall now. This was last month.
No idea if they are short drivers or what.
I did not have issues getting them prior to the shut down so my assumption is a driver issue vs. a vehicle issue

Even before Covid this was a common occurrence, in my experience.

They trimmed the fleet massively during Covid so it’s hard to know.
