I haven't seen anyone post anything about this yet. How did everyone like their t-shirts? I ordered mine based on past sizing and got a medium. Well, if I ever want to do the scuba dive w/ Mickey at the Seas I'm good to go!:rotfl:

That thing was like a sausage casing. I'm a little fluffy around the edges and need a good sports bra but it was ridiculously tight for me.

Any one else have that problem?

I started laughing when they gave me the shirt. I can guarnatee it's not going to get worn!

Mine is fine except it smells. My DH thinks that they stored in a guys locker room. I have washed it and Freebreezed(sp) it.

Wow! I thought it stunk that mine didn't fit but yours REALLY stinks!:lmao:

Through some generous trading offers I did end up with a Large that will fit my slim 12 yo DD. She's happy to have it to train for the ToT in!

I did the same thing. Ordered a medium based on previous sizing, and it is a little tight. Not so tight that I can't wear it though, I wore it Sunday to Universal!! I am planning on using it as motivation to keep working out and slimming down though. I would be happier if it were a little looser!!

ONe thing to remember is that you picked the size based on a unisex sized shirt(all other WDW races do that) where as the Minnie shirts were women's size based. As a RD, there is a big difference as unisex medium a lot bigger than womens medium.

Mine was pretty tight as well. Actually, the guy handing out the shirts took a look at me and said "You need a large." ... I thought gee thanks but I guess he was right. I was lucky enough that he let me exchange it :) I talked to some other people who said they were stuck with the size they chose.

ultramickey-I did order based on women's sizing after considering the unisex sizing. The competitor shirt was smaller than the same size shirt for sale at the Expo also made by Champion. I guessed they used the cheaper option for the 'freebie' shirt.

Bunnyfoo- When did you get your shirt? I was one of the folks they told to come back after 4 on Saturday. I showed up at 1 on Friday. With the difficulty of getting to the Expo in the first place using Disney transport I wasn't going to try to get back just for a shirt.

I picked up my shirt on Friday afternoon. I think around 4:00 pm. I thought it was pretty nice of him to let me exchange the shirt :)

Funny thing is, I ended up having to go back to the Expo on Saturday because I forgot that I had ordered a pin and the volunteers (when I picked up my packet) didn't mention it either. I drove there and it was still a pain to go back :rotfl: I had lot of other things I wanted to get done that day and then relax.

I'm so happy it wasn't just me! Yikes! My large from last year's Minnie was too big so I ordered the medium this year. I don't like the fabric either. It seems cheap. Oh well. It looks just like last years, so no big loss.

Glad I ordered a large because when I first saw it, it looked really small. The guy who gave it to me said I could exchange it for a grey Minnie tshirt but I decided to keep it and I like it!

I was alittle upset that they ran out of the goody bags, I picked up my packet on Saturday at 3pm. You would think they would realize, we have xx registrations paid, lets have xx bags. Oh well, they said they would mail them sometime in the future.

I have a great picture of me in the shirt but I think I need to sign up with photobucket or something to get my pics on here. Maybe tomorrow.

If this works...this is me with my shirt and medal at home after a shower, nap and food!!

If they were the draw string backpacks like last year, they were cool. Linda got 4 of them because we both did the 5K & 15K.

Sad the underestimated the number of runners. They probably based it on the number from last year and didn't expect the "run" on final Minnie runners. As a RD, you order way in advanced and if numbers go way up??? The Jan races never have to worry about this as they fill way before placing the orders.

Suzanne- Your shirt looks good!

And that's why they have run out of medals the past two years... the advance lead time...:rotfl: I have to be honest I was REALLY afraid they would run out of medals on this race! I mean they have MONTHS on the Half and can't seem to count... so this time they had people registering up tilll the very end!:scared1: But they seemed to get the medal issue donw this time LOL!

Suzanne you look great!

Good they didn't run out of medals, too bad they ran out of goodie bags. The guy I was at wasn't giving out one per race registration, even. It was one per customer.

Too bad the shirts aren't a little roomier - I always get the XL, regardless, and yeah, this one is a wee bit cozy on me. I guess it fits, but I don't think, in the grander scheme of things that I'm really all that extra large. Large, sure. I wonder if a large part of the problem is the makers of technical clothes - they seem to assume that people who need technical clothing are fit and trim.

So glad they got the medal situation worked out for this race, anyhow.

Suzanne- I have 3 goodie bags (literally just the bags since I threw away the brochures inside and ate the chocolates:rolleyes1 ). If I keep one, and DD keeps one, I have an extra. You are welcome to my extra-- they really are pretty cool.

I have a theory on why they didn't run out of medals. I think they just ordered ribbons. My medal from last year and this year are exactly the same- the only difference is that last year's says "China" on the back and this one's says "Disney China." They don't have the new trendy boxes to put your race times in. I think they put all the extras in a warehouse last year! Although, I will admit, my new one is shinier than last years...

Ummm.... I won't be wearing my shirt. I got a XXL, and it is way to tight over the girls. I don't like the tight fit of the running shirts anyway, and I've always been self-conscious about being so busty. I also can't wear my shirt from the Half. I got it big enough to drape over me, but the rest is way too big. Plus, it is long sleeves, and we just don't have much of a need for long sleeves here in central Florida. Oh well..... I'm glad I got a medal this time and didn't have to have it mailed to me. LOL!!!
