Minnie at Tusker House?

Is Minnie Mouse at the Tusker House meal - Donald's Safari Breakfast? Is Mickey? If not, is Minnie at Chef Mickey's?

I would like a Character Meal with Minnie there too, any suggestions?

Minnie is not at Tusker House. Donald is outside for pictures, with Mickey, Goofy, Pluto and Daisy inside. At least the day we went.

Minnie is at Chef Mickey's, along with Donald, Mickey, Goofy and Pluto.

Chef Mickey's has Minnie and I think that Cape May Cafe has Minnie. I can't remember if Donald's Breakfast did and I ate there, However Minnie is down at Camp Mickey and Minnie's at Animal Kingdom.
