minivan rental/car seat questions

This is my 1st trip to WDW with children (they'll be 2 1/2 and 5 when we go. I reserved a Minivan with Dollar rent a car thinking that it would be equipped with integrated car seats, only to be told that only some have such seats and I won't find out if it's available until I arrive. Renting car seats for my trip will be well over $100, but I don't really feel like lugging my own. Any suggestions? Does anyone have any experience with actually getting a minivan with integrated seats at Dollar? What are my chances? Thanks

My dh and I are taking our 3 yo & 6 yo next week. We will be flying and then renting a car. We plan on taking our own car seat & booster seat. This will be the safest way for my girls to fly on the plane and they will feel more comfortable in the rental car in their own seats. Plus the seats are already adjusted to fit my children.

We plan on taking our own stroller for WDW. We will put carseat & booster on it to push around airport. Then we'll check the stroller at the door of the plane. We did this last time we flew and it worked out perfectly.

We just returned from Fla. yesterday and had an awesome vacation! We rented a car from Dollar, and just to reassure you on their service, it was excellent!! We rented an economy car for $170 for 9 days. The car was GREAT! Brand new, only 3,000 miles on it. The car also came with the seats that make into car seats for children. We didn't ask for this, as it was just my husband and I traveling this time. So chances are you will get what you ask for. This is a very off season right now, and not a whole lot of people vacationing. If they don't have it in a van, can you get a different vehicle that DOES have it?~Missy
