Minimum points bought from Disney

I understand that buying the 'new' resort from Disney requires a minimum purchase of 160 points (now that it's gone up.) Along the way, some resales have not made it past rofr, and Disney buys them and then resells them. The resales from Disney . . . do they still require the 160 point minimum, or will they sell a 75 point deed they took back through rofr?[/

When Disney acquires points through ROFR, and repurchases the contract, the contract is then dissolved and the points are pooled in with all the the other available points for that resort and use year. So new purchase contracts are written using points in that pool, and follow the same guidelines as any other "new purchase" contract. Disney/DVC does not actually do "resale contracts."

Yes, if you do not already own a "master contract" through Disney, then the minimum buy in is still 160 points, no matter which resort.
