Minimum numbers of days before booking

I know you can book 7 months in advance of stay but what about the minimum? If I am booked at OKW, get there and decide to add another 1 bdrm, can we if there is availability?

We have an one bdrm reserved for Sept and may need another one if some friends decide to join us. They may not know until the day we arrive. They are thinking of staying offsite.

I have booked the day of and added on a day while at the resort twice... Availablity may be an issue however.
