Mini VMK Grand Opening!!

Hey everyone! I’ve been working on a HUGE project inside VMK for…oh, let’s say…a little under 2 years? Well, that’s when I first came up with it. I only really starting working on it recently because I never really had the available resources before. I know people have done similar stuff, but this idea was entirely my own from beginning to end! This is kind of my dream before VMK closes, so I really hope you’ll like it!

So, what is this place, you ask? Well, I like to call it Mini VMK. Sort of like a little Magic Kingdom within the Virtual Magic Kingdom, if you will. It’s got 5 themed lands full of rides and attractions in addition to a replication of Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge hotel – overall more than 50 rooms to explore! That’s a lot! And you know what that means…come early, stay late, and of course, come back again!

The grand opening of Mini VMK is going to be on SATURDAY, somewhere around 11am Eastern, 8am Pacific Time (1 hour after VMK itself opens); sorry if I’m not there exactly on time, but I will post here when it is officially open. The first 50 people to arrive will receive FREE, yes, FREE presents! (Please, have respect – no mules; one per person!) Hope to see everyone there – bring all your friends and spread the word!! The park may be open again on Sunday, depending on the success of the grand opening!

P.S. I could use a little help running a few of the attractions, so if you’d be willing to lend your assistance, I’d be most grateful (and I might also be able to find a few cool items in my inventory for you)! Right now I mainly am looking for:
-a handful of people with (multiple star) fireworks magic
-a handful of people with Cursed Storm magic
-around 3 people who would like to participate in a “band” that sings classic Disney tunes on the Tomorrowland Stage
-someone (preferably a guy) who can type at least somewhat fast and would like to commandeer my Star Tours vehicle as "Captain Robot"
-a few people who can type relatively quickly who would like to pose as Tiki birds (it would be GREAT if you have feather masks or possibly seagull hats)
[Captain Robot and Tikis, I have scripts written up for your “shows.”]

Please send me a PM if you are interested in ANY of these positions. Obviously we can have multiple people filling the same position at different times if there’s something you want to work. It is my plan to operate (tentative) hourly events throughout opening day.

ALSO: Right now Mini VMK is composed entirely of my own rooms, but if you have created a stand-alone ride/attraction/restaurant that is themed specifically around a Magic Kingdom attraction and would like it to be included in Mini VMK, please send me a PM as well!!

Kitten, your rooms are really awesome. I really like the splash mountain ride in mini frontierland and the small world ride in mini fanstasyland. The wishes fireworks on mini main street is fantastic. So many rooms to explore. Amazing that you did this all by yourself!
