Mini-Trip report/tenting FW no parks in Dec.

Thanks for posting your trip report! I really enjoyed it!! I think more of us should do this on this board. I hate wading through the other trip reports on that board to find 3 words about FW!

Thanks! Now that you mention it, when I first found disboards I read the trip report forum but that's pretty overwhelming. Now I read trip reports in the wedding forum (I love the promise and hope of the new couples getting married, plus they're getting married at Disney, even better!). There's a sticky at the top of the wedding forum for their trip reports, maybe we could do the same here? So many people check out the fort as a possibility for their vacation, maybe being able to look through a trip report or two will give them a better idea of what it's like.

I also find the trip reports board on DIS to be overwhelming. It seems everyone is trying TOO hard to be creative and funny with their names and their report. I think most people just want to read the daily details. I don't care about length, the longer the better, but leave out the quirky titles and comments and just get to the fun!

I have to say, I watched your video of the Space Shuttle taking off.

Not only were you watching it from our favorite place in all of Epcot, the Rose and Crown, you were also watching something take off into space, which is just amazing.

Thank you so much for that video, when the people started cheering it brought tears to my eyes, I have even favorited it!

Thank you for your wonderful trip report. It's a funny coincidence that while I was having an IV inserted in my arm this a.m., trying to go to "my happy place" in order not to shriek hysterically, I was picturing being a horse wrangler at Ft W someday! I really think it would be heaven...
