Mini Snapfish Rant

OK..I used Snapfish for my zillion Mexico photos during the penny sale and they arrived promptly and of decent quality. Then I order 30 collage prints to put in Christmas cards..on Dec. 1. I check the website yesterday and they haven't even shipped yet..after 9 days. I click on the live help and 'Santosh" gives me the standard script in poor English..quickly you will see your order arrive.... Huh? It isn't even shipped..and I am just looking for an idea on timing to see if I need to cancel the thing and have Walgreens do it. So, I ask if ther is any time frame and the reply is "No!"..with the exclamation point included..huh? Pretty rude and unprofessional. This support was run through Live Help..I don't know if they are contracted in the US or not, but why bother having live help if they really can't help you and are poorly spoken and rude to boot?
So..I guess I give them a few more days and if the prints never ship I'll just cancel and redo in town.
