mini rant - OKW 15 Year extension

SOrry for the mini-rant.... upset.

I have 2 seperate contracts, with 2 seperate membership numbers, with 2 seperate OKW extensions, and DVC will only send me one extension gift.

I don't think they are honoring their promo.

I called DVC member services, email same, guide, and QA assurance.

And the answer is no.

I am disappointed.

OKW lighthouse - time capsule is the gift... and then I think a glicee (painting) "suitable for framing" which hasn't arrived yet.

So I would have thought two contracts - 2 extensions. THe thing that upsets me the most is I asked before I paid MS, and they told me 2.

I should have made them put it in writting - now they're pulling a scarlet on me "I know nothing about...."

Would it have changed your decision to know that you'd only get one "gift"?

I guess I can understand the frustration that they told you one thing and then the reality turns out to be something different. But unfortunatley that type of scenario has played out multiple times with countless issues when it comes to Disney in general and DVC in particular.
