Mini Laptop Advice

I am thinking of getting a mini laptop (screen under 10"; weight under 2 1/2 pounds) to be able to access email and the web while I'm at WDW (and for other trips).

Any recommendations? I would prefer XP as an operating system.

Dell has one that just came out.

I've had about 4 Dell laptops and have had much better luck with them than with HP (or Compaq before HP bought them). I usually get mine from the delloutlet.

I went over to the Dell site and noticed it comes with XP HOME.

I like to download camera memory cards, and edit a few of the pictures. Also surfing , email and maybe a video game if we have some down time. So I prefer a 17" screen. But my laptop is very heavy. Like 10 pounds or so....

can't you download pics and video from digital camera's onto the mini laptops?

we're going to look for our first lap top this christmas.
