Anyone do the new (to me) Winter Summer Mini Golf Course? What's it like?

We did this 2 years ago. It is a lot of fun if you like playing putt putt. On one side the theme is summer and the other side the theme is winter. Good picture taking spots too. I think your little ones would have fun. My boys played it when they were 3 and 1. It was cute because to see the 3 year old teach his little brother.

Give it a try, I think you will like it. It is a nice break from the hustle and bustle from the parks. :)

We played it several weeks ago when we were there. It was a fun relaxing way to spend a few hours away from the parks, but also have a good time, especially if you enjoy playing mini golf. The theme is well done and we liked all the different hole lay outs. It is also the easier of the mini golf places at WDW to get to if you are staying onsite and using Disney Transportation since it is right next door to Blizzard Beach. Hope you have a great time.

Yes. We really liked it. There are two courses. One themed like winter and one like summer both with Santa and his elves. Very cute. We liked this course better than the Fantasia course.

A basic putt-putt, pretty good for small kids as there aren't any "hills" as such-- where the smaller ones can be tied up for what seems like hours trying in vain to get the ball up the hill.

It's a lot of fun. My DS loves it. It's supposed to be Santa's vacation spot, so you will see him and the elves hiding everywhere. I love the sand and snow castles. Great photo ops.

They also have different music playing on each side. IThe Winter side has more traditional Christmas music playing and the Summer side has more up-beat fun Chrismas music playing. I remember hearing the Beach boys on that side.

Definitely go if you have time.

I prefer both Fantasia courses, but Winter Summerland is usually a lot elss busier and Fantasia. Also, both courses seem to be easier than what is found at Fantasia (Fairways- very hard and frustrating, even for this 25 eyar old, but I love it. Gardens- a lot easier but beware of the enormous ramps that claim their residence on some of these holes, ramps which for the most part will not be found at WinterSummerland.) Overall, while I prefer Fantasia, WinterSummerland is still very fun.
