Mini Golf

After reading the guide books, my husband insists that we do the Fantasia mini golf course. What I can't figure out is how to get there. Do we walk from MGM?

Are you driving? If so, it's next to the Swan (you can walk from the Swan) There is a parking lot closeby. It's fun but quite challenging.

only using WDW transportation, so trying to figure out the best way of getting there. We were wanting to do MGM that morning and golf later in the day. Also, do you call ahead and reserve time? Or is it just first come, first served?

We ended up hopping a bus to the Swan/Dolphin resorts and walking from there, about a 10 minute walk. We then walked back, took the Swan bus to DTD and headed back to our resort. I don't know if there is a better way. We played the course that looks like a "real" golf course and that was pretty neat, although one hole was torn up and unusable. That was a few years ago.

If you are going to be in MGM/Studios, then I would either walk, via the walkway past Boardwalk, to Swan/Dolphin. Or you can take one of the friendship boats. Then you just walk through the Swan/Dolphin Resort area, cross a street and you're there. It took us about 8 minutes from BWV last summer. It was a lot of fun and the course is beautifully themed!!!

We have done this a few times.

Usually we are at Epcot or MGM, we take the boat (or you can walk) to the Swan and Dolphin stop.

When you get out of the boat, you don't have to go through the hotel to get to the mini golf (that is the long way). Head towards the pool, when you pass the pool, you'll see a walkway on the left. If you go up the that walkway, you'll be across the street from the golf.
