We got an AAA voucher for a free mini golf game. There is 5 of us so not all of us would be free.

Which mini-golf course do you prefer Fantasia Mini Golf or Disneys Winter Summerland Mini golf?

* Where is this location?
* Can dad hang around (not playing mini golf) taking pictures?
* Is it worth the "time out" from the parks or are we going to encounter LONG lines?

We always enjoy an afternoon playing mini-golf. We usually do it on our "take it easy" day. Sometimes we do the parks in the morning, go back to the hotel for an afternoon nap and then mini golf.

We've done both mini-golf courses, and I enjoyed both. But, we all liked the Winterland better than Fantasia. We actually have some great pictures of our girls playing! I am not sure if you can just watch and follow taking pictures, but I bet it wouldn't be a problem.

The Fantasia Gardens course is near the Swan and Dolphin, and the Hollywood Studios. Actually, we played one night and could hear Fantasmic. It was cool! The Winterland course is closer to one of the water parks, I think.

My family enjoys it and it has become a tradition! But, I guess it depends on how much time you have to spend, and if you can afford to have a "take it easy" day. :goodvibes

IATink -- Thanks for the tips!! I'm not sure if we will try this or not but it definately sounds like you really like so maybe we will do the same!

My 3 year old will not play mini golf. He'll end up swinging the golf club and probably hit something so it would be better if I just watched him and took pictures.

I wish I know what "Other" meant for the mini golf courses that people voted for.

Fantasia Gardens, cause I like the movie and the themes are cool. :cool2:

What's the best way to get to mini golf? My dd4 adores "putt putt golf ball!"

Good Question!!!

I would assume that you could use the Disney Bus transportation? Is this not a true assumption? Do they charge a parking fee? If you drive I don't recall seeing any signs.

I think you would take the blizzard beach bus to get to Winter Summerland. You could take the Boardwalk bus to get to Fantasia.

I like the theme of Winterland/Summerland much more.
